No Parking No Stopping

A driver shall not stop or park a vehicle at any other place where a traffic control device prohibits stopping or parking, during times stopping or parking.
Enforcement ensures unobstructed traffic flow at peak hours and ensures proper use of parking areas as indicated by traffic control device

Parked Too Near Street Excavation or Obstruction

A driver shall not stop or park their vehicle within 1.5 metres of an access to a garage, private road or driveway,or a vehicle crossway over a sidewalk
Enforcement ensures access to private property and driveways.
Vehicles must safely be able to drive on to properties without obstruction.
